President Donald Trump’s executive order imposing a 90-day pause on international support does not impact military aid programs for Ukraine. According to Voice of America, this information was confirmed by the Pentagon.

"Security assistance to Ukraine is not subject to the restrictions of the recent executive order on foreign aid, as it pertains only to development programs, not military support", - stated the U.S. Department of Defense.

This means that contracts for the production of weapons for Ukraine under the USAI program, initiated by the Biden administration, remain valid. Furthermore, Trump’s specific executive order does not affect any outstanding or previously planned arms deliveries from U.S. stockpiles under the PDA program, which were announced by Joe Biden.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs assures that support from the U.S. continues. This was stated by MFA spokesperson Heorhiy Tykhyi during a briefing. Regarding funds that remained unused from programs under former President Joe Biden, the spokesperson urged waiting to see "how contact between the Ukrainian and American sides unfolds".
