The Kiev District Administrative Court banned the Communist Party of Ukraine. This was reported on the official website of the court.
The report notes that the Kiev District Administrative Court completed the trial on December 16th on the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice to ben activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine. The trial was considered with the participation of the third party - the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
"The court granted the judgement in favour of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in full and banned the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine", - says the report.
