In the Donetsk oblast, six civilians were injured as a result of enemy attacks on Malynivka and Kostiantynivka, and an investigation has been launched. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
"On September 18, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., the village of Malynivka in the Kramatorsk district came under fire from the occupiers. As a result of the attack on a farm, a 59-year-old father and his 36-year-old son were injured. Additionally, a 33-year-old local resident was injured and is in critical condition. The type of weapon used is being determined", - the report said.
In addition, the enemy likely struck the city of Kostiantynivka with artillery.
"A 34-year-old man, who was driving a car at the time of the shelling, suffered shrapnel wounds and blast injuries, as did a 55-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man who were near a shopping center," the prosecutor's office reported.
Three apartment buildings, two cars, and a power line were damaged in the city.
Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office, pretrial investigations have been initiated into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
