The number of deaths in Kyiv following the russian attacks has risen to 17, with another 41 people injured, as reported by the Kyiv City State Administration. Near the "Okhmatdyt" hospital, people have formed a human chain to pass water to the site of the rubble clearance, according to Suspilne.
