The Tverskoy Court of moscow found the former "Avtodor" head Sergey Kelbakh guilty of abuse of power during the construction of the Central Ring Road (CRR) in the moscow oblast, according to russian media on June 18.

Mr. Kelbakh was sentenced to 12 years in prison and ordered to pay nearly 2 billion rubles to the Ministry of Transport.
