The first families of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Mariupol received social housing certificates in Dnipro last week, according to a Telegram post by the Mariupol City Council on June 10.

"Last week, the first Mariupol families received certificates for the second social housing in Dnipro", - the message stated.

It was noted that a 10-story building at Dnipro National University has been equipped with 202 studio rooms, four of which are designed for people with limited mobility. A total of 500 Mariupol residents will soon begin moving into their new homes in phases.

"The rooms will be convenient and comfortable for large families, elderly people, and those with limited mobility. Appropriate conditions have been created for everyone. Additionally, common areas have been organized, including a co-working space, a children's room, and relaxation zones", - the city council added.

Previously, it was reported that "Derzhmolodzhytlo" would conduct a random selection of 600 IDPs for receiving preferential mortgage loans.
