Ukrainian missiles targeted the airfield of the former military navigators' school and the aviation repair plant in occupied Luhansk on the night of May 28. This was reported by locals in social media and the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.
Late in the evening, explosions were heard in the area of the infrastructure facilities of the former Luhansk Higher Military Aviation School of Navigators and the nearby aviation repair plant, Lysohor wrote.
Local Telegram channels reported that a large number of ambulances were observed at the site of the strike. Some authors expressed outrage that Luhansk media had released a report about the aviation repair plant resuming operations, thereby giving away its location to Ukrainian missile forces.
