During the visit, a bilateral security agreement will be signed, and negotiations will be held with Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. We will discuss continuing defense cooperation, preparing a new military aid package, and training Ukrainian military personnel. We have two summits ahead: the Peace Summit and the European Council Summit. We will coordinate our steps to ensure that each of them yields concrete results", - Zelensky stated.

"I will also be received by His Majesty King Felipe VI and will meet with the chairpersons of the chambers and factions of the Spanish parliament", - he added.

As reported, Spain will send Ukraine Patriot missiles and Leopard tanks as part of a new $1.23 billion military aid package.
