A drone from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine attacked the long-range target detection radar station "Voronezh M" located at a record distance from Ukraine in the city of Orsk, the Orenburg oblast, russia, on May 26. This was reported by "Ukrainian Pravda" on May 27, citing its own source in the Main Intelligence Directorate.

"The Ukrainian drone covered a distance of over 1800 kilometers to the enemy target, setting a new range record for kamikaze drones", - the report states.

The consequences of the strike are being clarified.

It is noted that regarding this attack, russian social media channels wrote that a "UAV fell" near Orsk and that the target of the drone "was possibly a military object".

Previously, it was reported that the most distant target attacked by Ukrainian drones was a facility in the city of Salavat in the Republic of Bashkortostan, russia. It is located 140 kilometers closer to the Ukrainian border compared to Orsk.
