"Russian mercenaries have used Grad multiple rocket launchers in the ATO area for the first time in few weeks. The situation at the front has escalated significantly," - he read out a few deputies’ statement.
"We, MPs from different factions, the ATO participants, believe that blocking the work of the Parliament of a country at war is a crime," - said the head of the Parliament.
