Emergency power outages have been introduced in Kyiv, as well as in several oblasts of Ukraine, while other regions will experience hourly outages starting from May 14. This information comes from DTEK on Telegram and UNIAN, citing the regional power distribution companies.

"Emergency power outages: Kyiv, the Kyiv oblast, the Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk oblasts. By order of Ukrenergo, emergency power outages have been implemented. We are forced to apply them without warning due to the complex situation in the country's energy system, caused by constant enemy shelling", - DTEK's message stated.

UNIAN reports on hourly power outages in the Lviv, Volyn, and Sumy oblasts, citing local energy officials.

At the same time, DTEK emphasizes to consumers that during emergency power outages, the hourly schedules that can be forecasted in advance will not apply.

Earlier, it was reported with reference to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko, that despite russian attacks, there would be no blackout in Ukraine.
