Over the course of a day, more than 2,600 enemy shelling incidents occurred in the Donetsk oblast, damaging 36 civilian objects. This was reported by the regional police on May 14th.
"Russian forces shelled 7 populated areas: the cities of Novohrodivka, Pokrovsk, Selydove, the villages of Dibrova, Zhelanne, Mykolaivka, and Ptyche. Thirty-six civilian objects were damaged, including 22 residential houses, warehouses, a garage, automobiles, an educational institution, an administrative building, and infrastructure facilities. Pokrovsk was attacked with three missiles from the S-300 missile system. Three apartment buildings, an administrative building, and an infrastructure facility were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties", - the statement said.
"In Novohrodivka, russian forces struck with two S-300 missiles, damaging 3 private and 9 apartment buildings, as well as automobiles. Another S-300 missile was directed at Selydove, damaging 2 apartment buildings and an educational institution. As a result of artillery shelling, two houses were destroyed in Ptyche, and two were damaged in Zhelanne", - the police reported.
