Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a law on improving certain issues of mobilization, military registration, and military service. Information about this was published on the parliament's website on April 16.

"Returned with the President's signature", - the document's card says.

Key provisions of the law:

- Individuals recognized as partially fit must undergo a re-examination by the military medical commission.
- Those who received a II - III disability group after February 24, 2022 (except for servicemen), must undergo a medical re-examination to determine fitness for service.
- Regarding consular services abroad, personal data in the military registration documents must be updated within 60 days. This can be done remotely via email, phone, or through the e-cabinet.
- Restriction of the right to drive for draft dodgers.
- During document checks, an authorized representative of the military registration office or a police officer will conduct photo and video recording.
- It is mandatory to have a military registration document and present it upon request by a representative of the military registration office, police officer, or the State Border Guard Service.

After being signed by the Head of State, the legislative act must be published in the official parliamentary publication Holos Ukrainy.
