The so-called "Secretary of the Security Council of the DPR" Alexander Khodakovsky said that Minsk agreements can be implemented only on the conditions of militants. He said this during an online conference – reports Svobodnaya Presa separatist website.
"The Minsk agreements will work only if they are carried out on our terms. We are the winners in this war, we stopped the Ukrainian army, we imposed our conditions. After our systematic wins the Ukrainian side asked for peace. They were ready to build up a peaceful dialogue because we made them do it "- said Khodakovsky.
He also said that the militants were not going to retreat from the occupied territories.
"We are not going to give back even an inch of our homeland", - said Khodakovsky.
"No matter how formally the Republics of Donbass are called, they will never be under the control of Ukraine", - said he.
As previously reported, the Minsk agreements imply return of the occupied territories of Donbass under the jurisdiction of the Ukrainian. There is not a work about "people's republics" in the agreements. All the documents are signed by the leaders of the militants of the "the DPR/LPR" without specifying their "high" positions. Russia and "republics" controlled by it are rudely ignoring any plans to resolve the conflict in Donbass.
