Former MP, member of the banned Communist Party of Ukraine Alla Alexandrovskaya was detained in Kharkov. It was announced by her lawyer Alexander Shadrin on his Facebook page.
"Just returned from investigatory actions. Search, detainment without defining the investigative judge, suspicion, plea for custody without right to bail in respect of MP of Ukraine of four convocations, honorary citizen of Kharkov Alla Alexandrovskaya and even on the Day of Constitution of Ukraine bilge of legal nihilism," - he wrote.
According to him, this situation shows that MPs should be inviolable.
As reported on the website of the forbidden Communist Party, Alexandrovskaya managed to tell deputy of Kharkov City Council of the sixth convocation Alexey Perepelitsa that she was detained under Art. 110 ( "Encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity ") and Art. 369 ( "Giving a bribe to an official") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine."
Alexandrovskaya was detained for three days and is in the building of the Kharkov Regional Administration of the SSU.
