Anti-putin armed groups, Russian Volunteer Corps, "Freedom of Russia" legion and Siberian battalion have declared that they will be compelled to open fire on the military positions of the russian Armed Forces that are launching attacks from the territory of Belgorod.
"We appeal to our fellow citizens: residents of the city of Belgorod, officials of the Belgorod administration, and all those who can hear us. Putin's killers are launching massive strikes on peaceful Ukrainian cities, positioning their forces between your homes, your children's schools, and government institutions. Dozens of innocent people, mostly women and children, are dying daily from shelling from Belgorod. Shelling from the territory of Belgorod into Ukraine must stop!" - the statement says.
In order to halt russian shelling of Ukrainian territory, the anti-putin armed formations have stated that they will be forced to "deliver effective fire on military positions located in the cities of Belgorod and Kursk".
To prevent casualties among the civilian population, they have called on peaceful residents to "immediately leave the cities", and urged local authorities to "preserve human lives and initiate evacuation".
