Russian forces have launched 1843 strikes on the Donetsk oblast, with 18 hits on residential areas in the past day. The police in the region reported this on March 1.

The strikes were recorded in 17 populated places, including the cities of Kurakhove, Mykolaivka, Toretsk, and the settlements of Ostre, Zhelanne, Niu-York, Ocheretyne, Shcherbynivka, and the villages of Bohoyavlenka, Kolodezi, Novooleksandrivka, Novozhelanne, Novoocheretovate, Ozerne, Predtechyne, Skudne, Umanske.

46 civilian objects were damaged, including 33 residential houses, a hospital, an administrative building, a cultural center, a store, a sanatorium, a garage, an economic building, cars, a gas pipeline, and a power line.

A guided air bomb KAB-500 was dropped on Shcherbynivka, injuring three people and damaging 10 private houses.

Another KAB-500 bomb hit Mykolaivka, damaging 9 private houses, a hospital, and critical infrastructure.

Novooleksandrivka also suffered from an airstrike with KAB-500, resulting in damage to three houses, an administrative building, and a store.
