The defense forces are reconfiguring some operations due to insufficient support from Western allies, said Oleksandr Tarnavsky, the commander of the operational-strategic troop grouping Tavria, in a statement to Reuters.

"There is a problem with ammunition, especially post-Soviet (projectiles) - these are 122mm, 152mm. Today, these problems exist along the entire front line. The volumes we have today are not sufficient for us, considering our needs. Therefore, we are redistributing them. We are replanning the tasks we set for ourselves and making them smaller because we need to ensure supply", - he explained.

Tarnavsky stated that the Defense Forces on the southeast front have transitioned to defense in some areas but are attempting to launch offensives in others.

According to him, russian forces are also facing ammunition problems, but he did not disclose details.

Earlier, General Tarnavsky stated that the occupiers have reduced the activity of aviation, artillery, and the overall number of skirmishes.

As reported, the EU will not be able to provide Ukraine with the promised million projectiles.
