The Ukrainian Armed Forces have achieved success on two fronts in the Zaporizhzhia oblast. This was announced by the spokesperson of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Andriy Kovaliov, during a briefing at the Military Media Center on August 30th.
"Success has been achieved on the Novodanylivka-Novoprokopivka and Mala Tokmachka-Verbove fronts. Our forces are consolidating their positions at the achieved lines, delivering artillery strikes on identified enemy targets, and conducting counter-battery measures", - he said.
Kovaliov added that the Ukrainian troops continue their offensive on the Bakhmut and Melitopol fronts.
Additionally, the Defense Forces have repelled enemy offensives in the Novoiehorivka and Bilohorivka areas in the Luhansk oblast, as well as in Bohdanivka, Kurdiumivka, and Ozarianivka in the Donetsk oblast over the past 24 hours.
As previously reported, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have achieved success in the Verbove direction in the Zaporizhzhia oblast and have secured new positions.
