Occupiers in Mariupol are planning to sell apartments in a newly constructed building, while people whose apartments have burned down are left on the streets, according to the legitimate city council of Mariupol in their Telegram channel.

It is noted that in March 2022, russian shells hit a multi-story building at 82 Nakhimova Avenue. The building was completely destroyed by fire. Now the occupiers have decided to construct a new building. However, they refused to distribute the apartments for free to the Mariupol residents who lived at that address. Instead, they decided to sell the apartments to make money.

The residents of Mariupol are outraged. Anna, a mother with multiple children, applied for new housing. But the invaders denied her request, stating that her family owns an 8-square-meter clay house where they should live.

"The complete disregard for the people of Mariupol is evident to everyone. Occupiers are only profiting from the suffering they brought to our city!", - the message emphasizes.
