Russian official Dmitry Berdnikov has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the "DNR government". This was stated in a "decree" by the leader of the "DNR", Denis Pushilin.
Local media reports indicate that the new deputy chairman hails from the Irkutsk oblast and has held managerial positions in Irkutsk and Yakutsk.
