Negotiations between Ukraine and russia can only start if five conditions are met. Volodymyr Zelensky told this on November 7 in an evening video message.
"Everyone who seriously considers the climate agenda should also seriously consider the need to immediately stop russian aggression, restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine and force russia into real peace negotiations", - the head of state stated.
However, such negotiations can only start if five conditions are met. First of all, we are talking about restoring the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Also, russia must respect the UN Charter and compensate for all losses caused by the war. Every war criminal must be punished. And finally, our country must receive guarantees that such an invasion will not happen again.
"These are absolutely clear conditions", - the head of state added.
Let us recall that earlier, adviser to the head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak gave an answer whether Ukraine was ready for negotiations with russia.
