The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has adopted a resolution recognizing russia as a terrorist regime. This was reported in Telegram on October 13 by head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.
"The resolution was adopted unanimously, 99 deputies present in the hall supported it, one abstained", - Yermak wrote.
As reported, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov called on the world to be bold and recognize russia as a terrorist country.
