According to Kadyrov, 20 thousand people took part in hostilities during the war. Thus, the republic overfulfilled the "launched plan" by 254%. What plan is in question, by whom and how it was approved, is not reported.
Later, Kadyrov himself confirmed this information. "The conscription plan in the Chechen Republic was overfulfilled by 254 percent. Such indicators were achieved earlier thanks to the formation of new units of the russian Defense Ministry. All candidates for service went through the Military Commissariat. We worked out this mechanism from the very beginning, even before the announcement of partial mobilization", - he wrote in his Telegram channel.
