The russians launched rocket attacks on the two largest universities in Mykolaiv. This was reported in Telegram by head of the Mykolaiv oblast military administration Vitaliy Kim.
"This morning, terrorist country russia fired at Mykolaiv again. Having fired at least 10 rockets at the city. The city's two largest universities were damaged. Now they are attacking our education", - he reported.

He called on the universities of all democratic countries to declare russia a terrorist country.
Mayor of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Sinkevych informed that as a result of today's shelling, two wounded are known.
"This time, the rashists hit Mykolaiv at around 7:50 in the morning, knowing full well that at that time, there were already a lot of people on the streets. Real terrorists", - he wrote.
As it was earlier reported, more than 10 powerful explosions thundered in Mykolaiv on the morning of July 15.
