The fake "LNR" has approved the procedure for the formation of "polling stations" for the "referendum". This is said in the decision of the so-called "LNR CEC".
It is planned that "polling stations" will be opened "on the basis of proposals of the (occupation – OstroV) administrations of the cities and/or districts… taking into account data on the number of voters… at the rate of no more than seven thousand voters and referendum participants in each polling station".
Clarification that polling stations for voting and counting votes of the "LNR" residents who are outside the "republic" are formed by the "heads of diplomatic missions or consular offices of the LNR" adds even more comicality to the statements about the legitimacy of holding any "referendums".
At present, only the russian federation has manipulatively recognized the fake republics. The puppet authorities of the "DNR/LNR" speak of a possible "referendum" on joining the russian federation. International law does not recognize "referenda" held in the occupied territories. The legislation of Ukraine, in turn, does not provide for holding local referendums on the issues of changing the borders of the state and violating its territorial integrity. The temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts are Ukraine.
