The head of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" Alexander Zakharchenko is going to hold a "straight line" with the residents of Kharkov region on April 20th. This was reported on the separatist DAN website.
According to the report, Zakharchenko is going to hold an online conference over the Internet as it is his "only opportunity" to communicate with Ukrainian people.
According to him, he decided to talk with the residents of Kharkov as his personal involvement in the resistance to the Kiev authorities started in that city.
