The Kremlin has stated that the recognition of the "DNR/LNR" would be a violation of the Minsk agreements, the implementation of which is the main task. The point of view of Vladimir Putin was voiced by his press secretary Dmitry Peskov in a comment to journalists.
"Recognition does not correlate to the Minsk agreements. This is true. The President said that the main task is the implementation of the Minsk Package of Measures", - he said.
As reported, the State Duma of the Russian Federation asks Putin to recognize the statehood of the so-called "DNR" and "LNR".
