Residents of CADLO, who received Russian citizenship under the simplified procedure, can become members of the United Russia party ruling in the Russian Federation without a probationary period stipulated by the charter. This was stated to the separatist media by the State Duma deputy from United Russia Viktor Vodolatsky.
"Now there is no question of supporters. The residents of Donbas won the right to cross this step over with their heroism, they are immediately accepted as members of the party. This became possible thanks to (Secretary of the General Council of United Russia - OstroV) Andrey Turchak, who submitted his a proposal that Russian citizens living in the Donbas and assigned to the Rostov branch of the party could go through this procedure without a probationary period", - Vodolatsky said.
