The enemy fired from 82 mm mortars in the area of Prychepylivka settlement. The occupiers opened fire from large-caliber machine guns near Katerynivka in the Luhansk region. Russian mercenaries fired from grenade launchers of various systems, as well as from small arms, in the direction of Shyrokyne. There are no casualties among the military personnel of the Joint Forces as a result of the enemy actions. Ukrainian defenders returned fire without using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, thus forcing the enemy to stop shelling.
Leader of the "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik canceled part of the restrictions on traffic through the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint, established by him in October. This was said in the "decree" of the CALO occupation administration head. The almost complete ban on leaving the zone of occupation to the territory controlled by the legitimate authorities of Ukraine was explained by the allegedly unfavorable epidemiological situation in the territory of Ukraine. "Departure of citizens, who are registered at the place of residence on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic, from the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic to the territory of Ukraine is carried out according to the documents confirming this fact, not more frequently once than once a month, regardless of the reasons for such departure", - the "LNR" leader explained. Citizens who do not have registration in CALO are still allowed to enter the occupied territory only with the permission of some "operational headquarters".
The CADO occupiers intend to force entrepreneurs to trade with a margin of no more than 10%. This was stated by Yelena Prokopenko, who calls herself "Deputy Minister of Revenue and Duties of the DNR". According to her, the "ministry" is going to reduce the marginal markup for staple foods to 10% from the current 30%. "Now we have the right to impose penalties against entrepreneurs who have overstated the price of goods by more than 30%. We propose to reduce the threshold for exceeding the price to 10%", - Prokopenko told. The occupiers added 37 names of basic-needs products to the list of staple foods, among them: meat products, some types of cereals and vegetables, pasta, cheese and others. The "Football Union of the DNR" asked the so-called Confederation of Independent Football Associations (ConIFA) to allow the clubs of the occupied Donbas to participate in the tournaments it holds. This was reported by separatist media. As previously reported, "the countries that are members of the Confederation of Independent Football Associations" are often political separatist projects that do not have any signs of statehood. Thus, virtual "states" called Sardinia, Padania, Lapland, Székely Land, Nice and other phantom formations that exist only in the minds of their creators take part in the ConIFA tournaments. Occupation authorities of CADLO hope that this Confederation will allow teams from the fake "Donbas republics", unrecognized South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Nagorno-Karabakh to participate in the "European Champion Clubs' Cup". Allegedly, according to Pavel Davydenko, who calls himself "the president of the DNR Football Union", "this initiative has interested the ConIFA representatives".
