First vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk was elected as the new speaker of the parliament, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
261 People's Deputy supported the decision.
Ruslan Stefanchuk was nominated by the Servant of the People parliamentary party.
As previously reported, people's deputies voted for the resignation of speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov.
