15 125 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on October 7.
15 125 people fell ill over the past day, including 1421 children and 341 health workers. 3541 people were hospitalized and 314 – died.
4 380 people recovered on October 6.
113 077 tests were carried over the past day, of which 53 031 – by PCR, 9 964 – by EIA and 50 082 – by rapid antigen tests.
2 497 643 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2 277 762 patients recovered and 57 840 – died.
The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in the Kharkiv (1168), Lviv (1130), Odesa (1059), Dnipropetrovsk (1042) and Donetsk (985) oblasts.
495 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the controlled territory of Luhansk oblast.
