169 472 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of September 18. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"3228 people fell ill over the past day, including 233 children and 162 health workers. 446 people were hospitalized over the past day", - the minister stated.
According to him, 68 deaths from COVID-19 were recorded over the past day, 1573 patients recovered.
"In total, 169 472 people fell ill in Ukraine during the pandemic, including 11 091 children and 13 558 health workers. 75 486 people recovered and 3 468 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
57 084 tests on COVID-19 were carried over the past day, of which 31 092 - by PCR and 25 992 - by EIA.
