Two members of the Joint Forces were injured as a result of criminal actions of the Russian occupiers. Ukrainian defenders gave the enemy a tough and decisive response using the available weapons. Occupation authorities in CADO state that the checkpoints in the direction of territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities "can start work again on certain days". The Luhanskvoda enterprise controlled by the LNR militants will cut water supply to seven cities in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast due to repairs on April 28, separatist media wrote.
