Ukraine is negotiating on the release of detained citizens in the temporarily occupied territory and in Russia. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in a media commentary in Jerusalem, - the press service of the head of state reported.
"Two tracks, two lists. We agreed on a list in Minsk, we will supplement the list of established persons. To prepare this track is an exchange with the temporarily occupied territories. A separate track – we have already started a conversation with the Russian Federation on the exchange of Ukrainians - everyone, including Crimean Tatars, and Ukrainians in Russia", - V.Zelensky said.
