Russia has taken a strong stand on the sequence of implementation of the Minsk agreements. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to a source in the Russian government agencies, participating in negotiations with Ukraine to resolve the conflict in the Donbass and preparing for the Normandy format summit.
"Moscow does not intend to revise the agreements", - the source reported.
