The "DNR" propagandists intimidate residents of occupied Donbass with the threat of imprisonment in "private pre-trial detention centers" after the restoration of Ukrainian power in CADLO. This is evidenced by the results of "poll" of people living in the uncontrolled territories that appeared in the separatist media.
The reason for the appearance of the next propaganda bugbear was an interview with Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denys Maliuska during the presentation of To do list. "We are going to try to give the opportunity to private pre-trial detention centers to work. In fact, it will be something like the well-guarded hotels, where people who have the money can stay and wait for the verdict", - the minister stated, referring to the creation of special institutions for wealthy suspects and defendants in future.
These words of the Ukrainian official were distorted - the "DNR" propagandists began to impose the idea on the residents of the occupied territories that the creation of private pre-trial detention centers in Ukraine had been resolved, that they would isolate the residents of CADLO, who will have to pay for their maintenance in these fairly comfortable institutions at their own cost.
Separatist media began to disseminate the "opinions" of the "DNR" residents, allegedly outraged by "the desire of Kyiv to establish private pre-trial detention centers, designed to imprison dissentient residents of the region".
"After the deportation, such Ukrainian nazi as Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denys Maliuska want to voluntarily and forcibly distribute all undesired residents of Donbass to private pre-trial detention centers for a cost very pleasant for bureaucratic pockets", - the CADLO propagandists create an atmosphere of fear of the return of legal authority to the now occupied territories.
As previously reported, fake information about the existence of "secret plan" of the NSDC is being spread by separatist media for about a month, according to which the "DNR/LNR" residents will either be deported to Russia, or the central and western regions of Ukraine "for rehabilitation".
