The "DNR" leader of the Denis Pushilin has forbade the leaders of the occupation authorities to leave the "republic" without his written permission. This is stated in the "decree" signed by him.

According to the provision approved by the "decree", the ban on leaving without permission applies to almost all heads of occupation administrations and their deputies.
Officials wishing to leave the occupation zone must submit an application addressed to the leader of the "DNR", in which they will need to indicate the purpose and date of departure, the period of absence in the "DNR", the country and the settlement of stay. This statement must be endorsed by the higher authorities of the person who wish to travel outside the "republic".
