About 4000 cases connected with the conflict in the Donbass and Crimea were submitted to the European Court of Human Rights. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry for Temporary Occupied Territories on Twitter.

"There are nearly 4 thousand cases in the European Court of Human Rights involving the conflict in the Crimea and the east of Ukraine", - the message said.

In particular, 3500 cases concern the destruction and damage of property in the east of Ukraine, access to justice, payment of pensions, discrimination, participation in local elections; 150 cases are related to disappearances during the conflict, killings and abductions of the applicants' relatives, and bodily injuries.

"More than 250 cases concern the military and their relatives", - the press service of the ministry noted.
