The unrecognized "DPR" and partially recognized South Ossetia have signed a protocol on the establishment of "diplomatic relations", - the press service of the so-called "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" of the "DPR" reports.
The fake "foreign minister" in the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast Natalia Nikonorova noted that "signing of this document will help to regulate the exchange of diplomatic missions at the embassy level in the near future".
"So the first embassy of the DPR will appear in the Republic of South Ossetia", - the statement said.
