Saboteurs‘ attack confirmed the correctness of the decision for the AFU to keep control over Stanitsa Luhanskaya – Garbuz
The epicenter of the fighting shifted from Popasnaya area to Stanitsa Luhanskaya. It is stated by the press service of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
"About at one at night the enemy's reconnaissance and sabotage group of 15 people crossed the Seversky Donets River from the so-called mountain of Knyaz Igor and tried to come as close as possible to the defenders of Luhansk region. After accurate shots by our military and to suppression of enemy saboteurs‘ position, the last retreated," - said the governor of Luhansk region Yuriy Garbuz.
According to him, this situation confirms the correctness of the decision for the AFU to keep control over Stanitsa Luhanskaya.
"According to preliminary data, there are victims among the terrorists. There were no casualties among the personnel of Luhansk task group in the course of the fighting over the past day,"- notes the report.
