“Next week in Abu Dhabi, the United States will hold the first trilateral peace talks with Ukraine and russia since February. We have been working with both sides to develop serious proposals that will make these talks as substantive and productive as possible. President Trump has identified achieving peace as a priority. Our focus is on carrying out the difficult, detailed work necessary to turn this goal into a comprehensive and lasting agreement”, - Jared Kushner, U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy, said on social media platform X.

Kushner also reported that the US delegation held substantive discussions in Brussels with representatives of Ukraine, NATO, and European partner countries on two interrelated components of lasting peace – security guarantees for Ukraine and the broader European security architecture.

“We are working intensively with all parties to find practical solutions that can end this war and lay the foundations for lasting peace. Our goal is to address all parties’ security concerns through practical, mutually agreed arrangements that will reduce the risk of future conflicts”, - Trump’s special envoy noted.
