Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, reported on Telegram at 11:35 a.m.: “We are in Oleshky! The Ukrainian delegation has safely reached the city. The ceasefire has been in effect for 80 hours and is continuing. I am currently on the ground speaking with local residents to learn about their needs and understand what assistance they need most. I will provide more details later. Our top priority is people in need of assistance. We are doing everything possible to support them and help everyone who needs it”, - Lubinets noted.
