“Today, at 3:00 a.m. Kyiv time and 4:00 a.m. moscow time, a ceasefire was introduced in certain areas associated with the humanitarian mission. This is taking place as part of a humanitarian mission that we are conducting jointly with Yana Lantratova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the russian federation, with the mediation and coordination of U.S. First Lady Melania Trump”, - Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, reported on Telegram on October 27.
According to him, “the parties are complying with the agreements we reached as heads of the negotiating groups with russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova”.
“I will continue to inform the public about developments, prioritizing the safety of civilians in Oleshky and the implementation of the agreements reached”, - Lubinets noted.
The russian Defense Ministry confirmed that a ceasefire had been introduced in the area of Oleshky starting at 4:00 a.m. moscow time.
