“The President of the United States announced that an energy ceasefire had been reached. This is good news for everyone, and it is important that it becomes a reality. Ukraine supports all genuine and reliable formats for a ceasefire and ending the war. Ukraine is ready to refrain from striking russian energy infrastructure, and we count on russia being equally willing and on an agreement with the President of the United States on this matter. We welcome such an agreement”, - President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his evening video address on October 11.
According to Zelensky, “the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received all the relevant orders”.
“We expect clear details of the dialogue between the United States and russia, and for putin to fulfill what President Trump said”, - Zelensky added.
