"Authorized representative of the LPR" in Minsk Vladislav Deynego: "Despite the willingness of the republic to start withdrawal of forces and means on October 1st, on October 3rd and daily availability, that the LPR stated as of 7th, withdrawal of forces and means hasn’t been completed in full. The Ukrainian side systematically failed to fulfil its obligations under false pretences. However, on the basis of today's video consultations there was some hope that the withdrawal of forces and means in the area near of Stanitsa Luhanskaya will still begin on October 13th."
Media: "The exercises on countering foreign armed missions in Donbass were held today in the capital of the DPR. More than a thousand people from different areas of the capital, as well as Gorlovka, Khartsyzsk, Shakhtersk, Novoazovsk and other cities of the republic attended the training. The purpose of the action is to show the world community readiness of local people to resist foreign intervention which Kiev seeks under false pretences. "Civilians are willing and able to confront international armed missions effectively and without the use of weapons. Everything has voluntary basis," - said the organizer of the event, honoured master of sports in boxing Roman Troshin.
Media: "Military commandant of the LPR militia in Krasnodon held an open day for pupils of the 5th and 6th classes of secondary schools No. 10 and 21. During the event, the students were shown basic models of small arms, as well as personal protection against weapons of mass destruction.
