It is reported that 1,154 transformer substations are “partially without power” in all 9 districts of Donetsk — Bohodukhivskyi (formerly Budionnovskyi), Yuzivskyi (Voroshylovskyi), Kalynivskyi (Kalyninskyi), Rutchenkivskyi (Kirovskyi), Smolianynivskyi (Kuibyshevskyi), Oleksandrivskyi (Leninskyi), Voznesenskyi (Petrovskyi), Chumakovskyi (Proletarskyi) and Kyivskyi.
As a result, 141,533 subscribers remain without electricity.

In addition, the local mobile operator “Phoenix” reports that communications hubs in the so-called “DNR” have been switched to generators — “due to interruptions in the central power supply, key communications equipment is powered by backup sources”.
“To conserve resources, mobile services may be temporarily restricted: voice calls and SMS remain a priority. Full network operation in normal mode will resume once power is restored”, - the occupation-run communications company promises.
