"Since September 11, the provision of services in the field of state registration of civil status acts has been temporarily suspended in the city", - it quotes the official statement as saying.
Local authorities do not specify the reason for the suspension of document issuance, but indicate that it is temporary and promise that "the resumption of receiving citizens and providing them with the relevant services will be announced additionally".
