“The enemy struck the city 9 times, presumably with FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with guidance modules. As of 3:30 p.m., 10 civilians are known to have been injured. Twenty-two apartment buildings, commercial facilities, a library, and critical infrastructure were damaged. We are still clarifying information about some of the impact sites and the final consequences”, - Filashkin noted.

According to him, rescuers are continuing to extinguish a fire at one of the sites. Utility services are already working at the locations, clearing debris and dealing with the aftermath of the strikes.
