Galuzin accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of having "lost all connection with reality" and "trying to escalate the conflict".
Galuzin also mentioned "terrorist" strikes on energy infrastructure in russia, including facilities of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), "which primarily serves the interests of Kazakhstan's economy".
"We hope this will be met with an adequate response from the international community, including the United States and European countries that have influence over the Kyiv regime and whose oil and gas companies are shareholders in the CPC". - Galuzin said.
